By accessing or using AH! Feedback ("Service", "we", "us", "our"), operated by PravIN CRM Solutions Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
AH! Feedback is an AI-powered comment analysis platform that fetches publicly available top-level comments from YouTube and generates analytical reports using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini AI). The Service currently supports YouTube only.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
AH! Feedback operates on a pay-per-report model. Prices are displayed before any payment is processed. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and may be converted to your local currency by your payment provider. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
If a report fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, your payment authorization will be automatically cancelled and you will not be charged. If a charge has already been processed, we will issue a full refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are not issued for completed reports regardless of satisfaction with the content. Refunds are not issued if the failure was caused by invalid video URLs, videos with disabled comments, or videos that have been removed. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
You agree not to use the Service to: analyze content for the purpose of harassment, stalking, or targeting individuals; violate any applicable laws or regulations; attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent any security measures; use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; share your account credentials with others; scrape or systematically extract data from the Service beyond normal use.
AH! Feedback uses the YouTube Data API to fetch publicly available comment data. By using our Service, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS YOU SHOULD BE AWARE OF: 1. Top-Level Comments Only: AH! Feedback only analyzes top-level comments on YouTube videos. Replies to comments are not fetched or analyzed. This means the number of comments analyzed will be lower than the total comment count shown on YouTube, which includes both top-level comments and all replies. 2. Comment Limits: Depending on the plan selected, AH! Feedback analyzes up to 5,000, 10,000, 15,000, or 20,000 comments. Not all comments on a video are necessarily analyzed. 3. Comment Ordering: Comments are fetched in chronological order from the YouTube API. The selection of comments analyzed depends on YouTube API availability at the time of analysis. We only access comments that are publicly visible on YouTube. We do not access private user information, subscriber data, or any non-public data. Comment content is owned by the original commenters and we make no claim of ownership over this content.
Reports generated by AH! Feedback are produced using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) and are provided for informational purposes only. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS: 1. AI Limitations: AI can and does make mistakes. Report content including summaries, sentiment analysis, suggestions, mention counts, and insights may contain inaccuracies, misinterpretations, or errors. 2. Not a Substitute for Human Judgment: Reports should not be used as the sole basis for business, legal, financial, marketing, or other important decisions. Always apply your own judgment and verify insights independently. 3. Multilingual Analysis: AH! Feedback supports report generation in multiple languages. AI translation and analysis of non-English comments may be less accurate than English content. 4. Mention Counts: The mention counts shown in reports are AI estimates of how many comments referenced a particular topic. These are approximations, not exact counts. 5. Comment Grouping: The AI groups similar comments together to identify patterns. This grouping is automated and may not always be perfectly accurate. 6. Incomplete Sections: Some report sections may appear incomplete or blank if the AI could not extract enough meaningful data from the comments. This is not a technical error but a limitation of the available comment data. 7. Report Variability: Analyzing the same video multiple times may produce slightly different results as AI responses can vary between requests. This is expected behaviour and not a defect. 8. Our Role: AH! Feedback's job is to fetch publicly available comments from YouTube, organize them using AI, and present the findings in a structured, readable format. We do not create, modify, or fabricate comment data. All insights are derived from actual comments left by real users at the time of analysis. 9. Point-in-Time Analysis: Reports reflect comments available at the time of analysis. New comments added after the report is generated are not included. The same video analyzed at different times may produce different results. AH! Feedback is not responsible for any decisions made based on report content. Use reports as one input among many in your decision-making process.
Reports and associated data are stored for 30 days from the date of generation. After 30 days, reports are automatically deleted. We recommend downloading your reports as PDF before they expire. Payment records are retained for 7 years for legal and accounting compliance purposes.
The AH! Feedback platform, including its design, code, and features, is owned by PravIN CRM Solutions Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. Reports generated for you are licensed to you for your personal and business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense reports without our written permission.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR where applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PravIN CRM Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PravIN CRM Solutions Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party rights.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
